The Morning of Mindfulness (July 15)
For those staying overnight, I will be leading a Sunrise Yoga & Meditation session the following morning from 6:45 AM – 7:45 AM. It is the perfect way to ground ourselves before we enjoy a fresh breakfast (included with your stay) from 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.
Evening Connections
On the night of the 14th, we’ll keep things relaxed and authentic. Weather permitting, we can gather poolside for dinner or head out together to one of our local favorites. This is our time to decompress and connect without the "shop talk."
This is an event you truly do not want to miss. Because rooms are limited, I encourage you to reserve yours today to ensure you are part of this restorative leadership experience.
I can’t wait to see you there.
Warmly,
Karen

Melissa Pavlock

Melissa Pavlock Melissa Pavlock

Melissa Pavlock, JD, PMP, Engineering Director, International Motors

A powerhouse in the male-dominated world of heavy-duty engineering, Melissa Pavlock has been breaking barriers since her first internship at the Johnsonburg Paper Mill in 1988. As an Engineering Director at International Motors, she leads the high-stakes Launch Team, tasked with “industrializing” high-risk truck and bus projects into full-scale production. While she is one of 15 Engineering Directors at the company, she holds the distinction of being the only woman to serve in this capacity.

With 24 years at International and over 20 product programs under her belt, Melissa’s career is a masterclass in evolution. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Plastic Engineering Technology from Penn State Behrend, a Master’s of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and recently completed a Juris Doctor Law degree at the University of Illinois Chicago’s Law School in 2022.

A four-time recertified PMP and licensed attorney, Melissa balances her high-pressure role with her work as a Trustee for the Paul and Frieda Calkins Rolfe Memorial Trust. When she isn't leading global launches or hiking National Parks with her sons, you’ll find her at a barre class, fueled by Dutch Bros cold brew and wearing her signature shade of red lipstick, MAC “Dance with Me”.
